Captain salary increases $5000 every year until you reach $80k. You also receive a $10,000 bonus every year after your second year as PIC.

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Single-Engine Land (ASEL)
900 hours total time/ 500 hours cross country point to point/ 100 hours night
Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
Valid US Passport
US citizen or current work visa
Must be able to relocate to within 90 minutes from base
First Officers can expect upgrade to Captain within 6 months, based on merit and acquire Part 135 IFR PIC flight experience requirements

Starting First Officer salary is $34,000. Salary increases to $38,000 after 6 months.
