SkyWest, Inc. Reports March Traffic Increased for SkyWest Airlines and Atlantic Southeast Airlines

SkyWest, Inc. reported a 16.8 percent increase in revenue
passenger miles (RPMs) for March, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased
11.9 percent compared to the same period last year.  The combined airlines
generated 1.63 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 2.02
billion.  Load factor was up 3.4 percentage points to 81.0 percent compared
to 77.6 percent for the same period last year.  Passenger boardings for
March totaled 3,292,598 a 17.7 percent increase from March 2009.


SkyWest Airlines, based in Atlanta, Georgia and Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) are
wholly owned subsidiaries of SkyWest, Inc. SkyWest Airlines operates as
United Express and Delta Connection carriers under contractual agreements with United
Airlines and Delta Air Lines. SkyWest Airlines also operates flights for AirTran
Airways under a marketing agreement. ASA operates as Delta Connection and United Express carriers under contractual agreements with Delta Air Lines and United
Airlines. System-wide, SkyWest, Inc. serves a total of
approximately 226 cities in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, with approximately 2,600 daily departures.
