The Fastest Path to the Major Airlines.

  1. Step 1

    Airline Career Pilot Program

    While enrolled in the Airline Career Pilot Program, sign up to join Endeavor's Student to Endeavor Program (STEP) to receive access to exclusive mentorship, information sessions, and on-site interviews.

  2. Step 2

    Build Experience as a Flight Instructor

    Become an instructor with ATP's — certified instructor job for Airline Career Pilot Program graduates, where you can fly one of the newest and most reliable fleets and build flight experience faster.

  3. Step 3

    Airline Interview

    STEP participants are eligible to interview for Endeavor Air 12 months ahead of reaching First Officer minimums.

  4. Step 4

    Airline Pilot Job Placement

    In two years after starting flight training, start your new hire class with Endeavor Air. Endeavor Air's Career Advancement Program (CAP) provides pilots with a guaranteed and direct career pathway to Delta, with no additional testing, interview or degree requirements. Receive up to $110,000 in retention bonuses at the time of Captain upgrade and in the 24 months after.

    Fly for Delta Air Lines

    The Student to Endeavor Pilot (STEP) program through ATP, combined with Endeavor Air's Career Advancement Program, provides a clear path for pilots to launch their career with Endeavor Air and continue their career progression to Delta Air Lines after a minimum of 4.5 years of service at Endeavor, with 24 months as Captain.
