Headquartered in Minneapolis, Compass Airlines will serve nearly 6 million customers in 2016, averaging over 180 daily departures to over 50 destinations. Compass proudly operates a fleet of 62 Embraer 170/175 aircraft on behalf of Delta Air Lines (as Delta Connection) and American Airlines (as American Eagle).
Compass Airlines has teamed with ATP to offer the ATP/Compass Airlines Tuition Reimbursement Program, to help defray the cost of flight training for new pilots entering the airline industry. Compass will interview pilots for the program once they reach 500 hours of flight time. Monetary contributions will be made directly toward pilots flight training while they are instructing for ATP and building quality flight time toward the ATP minimums required to be hired by the airline. The payments will continue after the plot has reached minimum requirements and begins to fly for Compass.
